Q. How do I book a valet?
A. We can accept bookings by either phone or email. Our phone number is 07506 474 144 and you'll always speak to myself (Adam).
Q. What payment methods are accepted?
A. We take payment in the form of cash or bank transfer or card machine.
Q. How much notice do you require for a valet?
A. As much notice as possible from your end, we are available 7 days a week, from 8am to 5pm – and even later in the summer months. We do offer same day service if we have the time.
Q. Are you fully mobile?
A. Yes, we are fully mobile, we come direct to you.
Q. Can we bring the car to you?
A. Yes, you can drop the car off with us and pick it up later in the day.
Q. Can you remove dog hair?
A. Yes, we use different methods and pet hair tools to remove the hair but this isn't included in your standard valets.
Q. Why do you charge extra to remove dog hair?
A. It takes a lot longer to do a valet with pet hair so we charge extra for the time it'll take us to remove it. We don't always charge if there's a small amount of hair.
Q. After you've washed the seats, will they be wet?
A. Yes, they will remain slightly damp, although we will provide seat covers for free to allow you to drive straight away. Depending on the weather it can take up to 24-48 hours to fully dry.
Q. I've just bought a car that has bad odour such as cigarette smoke, dog smell, milk or even vomit, can you remove this?
A. Yes, we own a very good machine that'll remove all smells & odours, take a look at our page Odour Removal page.
Q. Do you work in the rain?
A. We always ring the customer and ask what they'd like us to do, we are happy to go ahead if you are (as long as it's not ridiculously bad weather).
Q. Do you offer engine & engine bay cleaning?
A. Unfortunately, we don't.
